OUR PRINCIPLES FOR COLLABORATION WITH CLIENTS
AND CANDIDATES

  • We only undertake search assignments on the basis of an exclusive mandate.

  • The interests of the client and the candidate take precedence to our own.

  • The interests of the client and the candidate take precedence to our own.

  • We remain fully accountable and responsible for each aspect of our service, throughout each stage of the process.

  • We actively engage in only a limited number of assignments at any one time, to the ultimate benefit of our clients.

  • CVs and profiles are only forwarded to clients having secured the explicit and express permission from the respective candidate.

  • We know our competencies as well as our limitations, and accept assignments only when we are convinced to successfully bring them to the finish line.

  • It’s our policy not to recruit from client organizations for the duration of the business relationship and at least two years beyond the last successful placement made.

  • In the event that a candidate, placed by us, should leave the company of his or her own volition or fault within 12 months of signing a contract of employment, we will undertake a search to source and provide a replacement candidate vs. the original specification parameters. This will be at no additional cost to the client.
