AND CANDIDATES

We only undertake search assignments on the basis of an exclusive mandate.

The interests of the client and the candidate take precedence to our own.

We remain fully accountable and responsible for each aspect of our service, throughout each stage of the process.

We actively engage in only a limited number of assignments at any one time, to the ultimate benefit of our clients.

CVs and profiles are only forwarded to clients having secured the explicit and express permission from the respective candidate.

We know our competencies as well as our limitations, and accept assignments only when we are convinced to successfully bring them to the finish line.

It’s our policy not to recruit from client organizations for the duration of the business relationship and at least two years beyond the last successful placement made.

In the event that a candidate, placed by us, should leave the company of his or her own volition or fault within 12 months of signing a contract of employment, we will undertake a search to source and provide a replacement candidate vs. the original specification parameters. This will be at no additional cost to the client.
