  • Agreeing on a clear project timeline, including fixed dates for interim progress reviews

2. Research

  • Defining a tailored search strategy and target universe

  • Compiling a list of relevant target companies

  • Identifying candidates through existing candidate pools, validated personal recommendations, personal networks, and AI-based learning algorithms

  • Compiling and assessing the longlist

  • Conducting structured personal dialogues with longlisted candidates

  • Ranking candidates based on initial assessments

3. Interview

  • Assessing candidates through structured, in-depth personal interviews

  • Creating and reviewing a candidate shortlist

  • Preparing candidate reports

  • Introducing shortlisted candidates to the client according to ranking

4. Presentation

  • Personal presentation of ideally 3-5 candidates to the client

  • Discussing and refining the ranking together with the client

  • Obtaining and reviewing personal references

5. Project closure

  • Supporting contract negotiations between client and candidate

  • Conducting a final interview with the client and the selected candidate

  • Informing eliminated candidates in a professional and respectful manner

6. Aftercare

  • Supporting the integration process post-placement

  • Conducting structured feedback discussions with both client and candidate

Executive Search Principles

  • We know our competencies as well as our limitations and accept assignments only when we are convinced that we can successfully bring them to the finish line.

  • CVs and profiles are only forwarded to clients, having secured the explicit and express permission from the respective candidate.

  • It’s our policy not to recruit from client organizations for the duration of the business relationship and at least two years beyond the last successful placement made.

  • In the event that a candidate, placed by us, should leave the company of his or her own volition or fault within 12 months of signing an employment contract, we will undertake a search to source and provide a replacement candidate. This will be without any additional fee to the client.
