About Ralf
Ralf studied Chemistry at the University of Freiburg and began his career in academic research in organic chemistry and biochemistry.
In 1998, he transitioned into Executive Search and learned the profession from the ground up within one of Europe’s most established search firms, advancing to Partner level. He led numerous senior leadership mandates across Germany and Switzerland and assumed group-wide responsibility for Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare.
Then, he served as Partner in a Swiss Family Office, gaining first-hand insight from an investor’s perspective.
He later combined this experience to found Vieser Executive Search AG, an independent HR consultancy firm operating at the highest level.
As Managing Partner, his personal focus lies on Board and C-level mandates within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrials and Services, advising private equity-backed as well as family-owned companies across the DACH region.
