About Martina

Martina studied Medicine and earned her doctorate at the University of Cologne. She further strengthened her leadership capabilities through the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School and is a certified Executive Coach (ICF).

She developed deep expertise in neuroscience, with a particular focus on applying brain science to leadership, resilience and decision-making under pressure.

Martina brings over 25 years of international leadership experience across pharma, biotech and medtech. In senior executive roles at global organizations such as GSK, Bayer, Shire and Galderma, she led global teams of more than 500 employees and managed complex transformation programs across Europe, the United States and Asia.

She later transitioned into a strategic advisory and mentoring role, supporting senior executives in high-stakes environments. In addition, she is the author of Build Better Brains – A Leader’s Guide into the World of Neuroscience.

At Vieser, Martina focuses on Executive Mentoring and Performance Coaching, particularly in the context of leadership transitions, succession situations and transformation phases.

She supports international organisations in accelerating time-to-performance for newly appointed executives, aligning leadership teams and strengthening resilience and decision-making at the top management level.
