About Nils

Nils entered the business world immediately after school, driven by a strong entrepreneurial instinct and a preference for real responsibility over theoretical pathways.

He began his career as an entrepreneur and co-founder of multiple ventures, with a focus on business development and fundraising.

He then transitioned into executive search, advising private equity- and venture capital-backed portfolio companies across the DACH region on C-level and board appointments. This work gave him an intimate understanding of how investors think, how management teams are built, and what separates high-performing platforms from the rest.

Today, Nils serves as Managing Partner at Vieser, where he focuses on the firm's M&A advisory practice – working with family business owners, PE investors and founders across Europe.
