About Nils
Nils entered the business world immediately after school, driven by a strong entrepreneurial instinct and a preference for real responsibility over theoretical pathways.
He began his career as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Vieser and today serves as Partner and Head of Business Development.
Beyond his role at Vieser, he is actively involved in several private equity-backed companies and serves as CEO of a newly established Buy & Build platform in the Healthcare Services sector.
His approach combines practical experience with executive search expertise, particularly in dynamic growth and transformation.
As Partner at Vieser, Nils focuses on private equity- and venture capital-backed companies across Life Sciences, Healthcare and Services.
He has developed a particular specialization in Buy & Build platforms, supporting investors across Europe.
